Shawana Shi Montgomery earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in Organizational Management, from Edward Waters College. She is an alumnus of the Jacksonville Blueprint for Leadership c/o 2006, now known as Helping Hands of Jacksonville. Shawana sits on the board of directors for All 4 Learning Elite Academy and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta, Incorporated.
In addition, she has had an entrepreneurial spirit since the third grade and was considered the go getter in the family making every effort to do her best at everything she laid her hands on. Shawana, also known as Ms. Shi, is the CEO of SynSha Models, Inc. founded in 2006 and incorporated in January 2007. She hosted her first fashion extravaganza in November 2007, which was an overall success.
Ms. Shi managed a group of models, which modeled in the Bronner Brothers, Model Model & Jacksonville Beauty Institute fashion shows, just to name a few. SynSha Models appeared in several rap and R & B videos and walked down many runways for several clients. In January 2009, she had the privilege to co-host Jacksonville Fashion Week, where she worked with America Next Top Model, Cycle 4 winner, Niama Mora. Ms. Shi has also appeared in the movie Recount, a video model in Joe Buddens Pump it Up video 2003, and worked with the production crew for Pretty Ricky on the Tipsy video 2009.
Shawana founded "The SynSha Initiative" in February 2010- a high school female teen program that instills leadership qualities and teaches them how to become a young lady others would like to follow (www.synshamodels.com). Helping teenagers strive for excellence beyond high school has become her love over the last few years.
In May of 2010, she decided that she wanted to expand her business abroad to do more than work with models. After the trials she faced, it put her into deep thoughts that birth a great name and business entitled Epiphany Elite Group,Inc. an event planning service. She was motivatived about her vision and she reached out to Keshonda Wilson to join her on this venture. EEG is a group where two professional women came together through faith after facing trials in their life to pursue business ventures in the entertainment industry. Now together SynSha Models, Inc. and Ju-C Kay Management is d.b.a Epiphany Elite Group, Inc. an event planning service.
She knows her purpose; she has a plan and she is working towards it daily. She leaves you with her favorite quote, "The beauty of a person comes from within, which ultimately define their outer beauty and character". -Ms. Shi

Keshonda Wilson was born in Mobile, Alabama and grew up as the only child in a military
family. She had the privilege to travel abroad to many countries including most of Europe in her early years. Growing up she always had the passion to work with children, help animals and to work for the United Nations.
Keshonda matriculated her studies in International Studies from Bethune Cookman University in 2003. She was a member of the Model United Nations club where she debated political and social issues of other countries. Kay is also a member of Alpha Mu Gamma Language Honor Society and Gamma Sigma Sigma Service Sorority. Her biggest aspiration is to do research for the United Nations. She is very analytical and has strong communication skills.
In 2007, Kay had another aspiration to pursue modeling. She was then introduced to Ms. Shi CEO of SynSha Models, Inc. of Jacksonville, Fl. Shortly after modeling and being noticed in her community she met a guy by the name of TNT (an artist) this was when she landed her role in radio broadcasting where she co-hosted a radio show called Fresh Krush Radio on WPUL 1590 AM, which gave new artists an opportunity to broaden their horizons in the music industry. Keshonda is also the CEO of Ju-C Kay Management. Now, today Keshonda "Ju-C Kay" Wilson and Shawana "Ms. Shi" Montgomery formed Epiphany Elite Group, Inc.
